5 Ways to Relief Stress

Considering I have more time on my hands now than I usually do, I thought I'd offer some pointers for effective stress relief for you poor punks currently going through the exams. For you who are the total opposite i.e boredom engulfing your sane mental state, this might be a good guide too. ;)
1. Annoy your sibling
I think I'm a guru of annoyance when it comes to my little brother. Shouting answers straight into his face like a raving lunatic might be a good start. Monkey faces while you're at it acts as a good prop too. Or putting all his underwear to wash could help you achieve the same effect.
2. Play Dynasty Warriors 4
This game is like the mother of all games when you need to let out stress. It's really good for anger too. Lashing out at computer-controlled soldiers and generals is way better than doing it somewhere else and regretting it later.
3. Pretend you're a ghost in the shower
Non-existent soap suds are great tools for stress relief. Lather without touching your skin. Makes it a better ghostly experience that way. Those ghastly sounding 'ooh-ing' sound effects would really help you get into the mood as well.
4. Do the YMCA workout naked
I think this method is pretty self-explanatory. Please please please limit viewership to you and you alone. Don't pass the stress virus to unwilling parties, that ain't fair. But doing it in front of a mirror is a sure stress-relief way.
5. Adopt a British accent
Wha uh ya mean a Bri-ish accent? Drop all your T's and prance around like a spoiled English brat. It'll annoy the hell out of everyone and release endorphins into your system to keep you stress-free for some time.
