In a mess

Everything seems a mess right now. I feel like my whole life's like a circus. From a bird's eye view, it's just a whole bundle of chaos. I don't know how to make this at least an organized clutter, I just feel so overwhelmed.

I need sleep.

I need the motivation to pull my grades up.

I need to start exercising again.

I need to get my blood sugars under control.

I need to get a life.

How did I end up here?

I don't know you, but I'm thinking exactly the same thing. I am also failing several classes and stuff. I have no motivation at all.
